Since the images are made of the same number of pixels regardless of the platform, Excel tries to scale the image so that it will be close to the same size on both platforms. You can see that on the PC, it reports that the original size (in inches) is approximately 25% smaller than on the Mac (because DPI is 25% less on the Mac). Download Originals to this Mac: To store the original, full-resolution photos both on on your Mac and in iCloud, select this option. Optimize Mac Storage: To save space on your Mac by storing full-resolution originals in iCloud and keeping smaller versions on the computer when needed, select this option. 1.0.10: - Added a download confirmation 1.0.9: - The number of images will now be displayed next to the 'All' checkbox 1.0.8: - Added detection of image URLs in anchor tags; note that this feature will not detect URLs that don't have.jpg,.jpeg,.gif or.png file extensions - it relies on a regular expression as to avoid possibly sending.
Does it happen on all kind of files, or just txt files?
Usually, it comes from the fact that Unix (from which OS X closely derives) and Windows don't have the same way of 'recording' changing lines in txt files: in DOS and Windows, going to the next line, whether manually when typing or because you imported a txt file made by someone else (or another machine) means using a 'carriage return' (yeah, I know, sounds old), where Unix uses a 'line feed'.
A carriage return will first send the carret back to the beginning of the last line you typed in, before switching to the next line so you can resume typing, whereas a line feed will jump to the next line directly. This leads to some invisible extra characters being typed, and since each digit or key press brings its own byte or octet in the balance, your files might end up being heavier under one platform than they were in another.
The Notepad application in Windows is known for its poor text wrapping (which it makes up for by being a good tool for coding, for the same reason), with the user/writer needing to feed its own carriage returns in the text, when Wordpad is more user-friendly, with better text wrapping, but doesn't show the same flexibility that Notepad has.
The same principle applies to all txt-based files, hence to .log files too. And log files tend to be created by applications for this purpose or that, without you knowing it.

You can always conduct a reverse image search by uploading images to Google Image Search but the opposite isn’t that straight-forward, meaning you can’t directly download images from the search result pages. Why one needs to download them you may ask? Well, for using them in projects, articles and other such content-based work. Google Image Search is a great way to find relevant images.
Note: It is important to understand that just picking any image from the search results and using it the way you want can result in copyright violations. We recommend you read our article on creative commons licenses first if you plan to download images from Google Image search and check the licenses on images accordingly.
Today we will share a third-party tool called Google Image Ripper (don’t let the name fool you. it is not a Google product). This service provides a better way to browse Google Image Search and also lets you preview full sized images and download them without having you navigate to the site that hosts the image.
The website has a couple of filtering options like Safe Mode, Image Size and Location URL. You might also want to check the option for not showing broken images. Besides, the results from Google and this tool is comparable, so there is little spectrum of doubt over getting quality images. See the response for Google first and Image Ripper next on my search for abstract images.
Using the Tool
The interface is pretty easy to understand as it has minimal clutter. So, I will talk about its advantages and list them down for you.
Adv 1: The thumbnails tell you the real size of the image, provide a download link and open an option to visit the parent website.
Adv 2: It lets you choose a slideshow view and preview full size images without visiting the image website. https://gcyxehj.weebly.com/blog/fiery-command-workstation-58-mac-download. It saves you a lot of clicks and effort. To enter this mode, click on any thumbnail and use your cursor keys or Prev/Next button on the top left/right corner of the slide. It makes your search a lot simpler.
Adv 3: Each image, be it in thumbnail mode or slideshow mode, has a download link. So, you can download an image and continue to browse for more instead of cycling between the search engine and the home site.
Conclusion
If you are on a search of multiple images on a single theme, you should give Google Image Ripper a try. I loved the interface. Let us know what you feel about it in the comments section.
